elebration IV was held in Los Angeles in May of 2007 and commemorates the 30th anniversary of Star Wars. Fans from all over the globe flocked to this event to bask in the glory of all things Star Wars.

R2-D3 made his first public appearance at this event and I'm happy to report, all went well. He traveled a total of 2400 miles in the back of an SUV, while I was driving and downing as many cans of Red Bull as I could.

I was humbled by the talent and generosity of the other droid builders that attended C IV. The R2 room was beyond a doubt, the biggest and best part of the entire show.
